We're keen to make sure that your holiday runs as smoothly as possible, so if you have any medical conditions that might affect your holiday plans or you need mobility assistance when travelling, it's best to let us know before your travel date so that we can make any necessary arrangements.

If you haven't already given us this information at the time of booking, then don't worry - you can do this afterwards by following these simple steps:

  1. Log into My Bookings
  2. Click ‘Request a Change
  3. Click ‘Special Assistance
  4. Fill out the form with any details to help us give you the assistance you need
