Cancelling the hotel

Looking to fully cancel your hotel? No worries. In most cases, we'll be able to cancel your hotel for you as long as it's at least 14 days before your departure date, and providing you've paid for your flights in full or you've got a hotel only booking. 


To do this, simply head over to our Live Chat (under ‘Manage My Booking’), when prompted on the main menu, choose 'Something Else'. From there type 'Cancel my hotel' and our beach bot will point you in the right direction. 


Just so you know, you can change your hotel, room type or board basis by following the below steps:

  • Head over to My Bookings
  • Ensure you’ve selected the booking you wish to manage
  • Select the ‘Manage Booking’ option in the menu
  • Go to the ‘Make changes’ section and then ‘Hotel Changes’
  • Select an option
