Flight delayed? Here's what to do next

If your flight has been delayed and this affects your transfers, please call the emergency contact number listed on your transfer voucher. The transfer provider will be able to assist you.


If you are unable to resolve this with the transfer company please contact us and our in-resort team can look into this for you. Please note they are unable to assist with compensation.


You can search online to check if you qualify for compensation depending on the duration of your delay. If you are due compensation you’ll need to contact your airline directly.  Most airlines have an online form for this on their website.


Any agreed refund would go directly to yourself to the bank account details you provide.
