If you have discount voucher issued from us, you should be able to view this via the My Sunshine section of our website.
In order to apply your voucher you will need to follow the steps below:
- Make a new booking using the same email address as your cancelled booking.
- Once your new booking has been confirmed, please log into the 'My Sunshine' section of our website. Once logged in you will see you have a voucher ready to apply to a future booking at the top of the page.
- Select the new booking that you wish to redeem the voucher against.
- Go to the 'Make a payment' option.
- Once here, you will see the ‘Claim Voucher’ option. Once you have selected this option, we will deduct the amount from your overall holiday balance.
If you have paid your holiday in full this will show as a negative amount. Please send us a message here so we can then refund this back to yourself.
