My flight has changed/been cancelled...what do I do?

Airlines are super ahead of the game when it comes to planning their flight schedules, which means - sometimes - changes need to be made.

If your flight times have changed, we'll be in touch via email or we'll pop you a message in ‘My Messages’ under the ‘My Bookings’ section of our website.

If your flight is cancelled, then we'll be in touch as soon as possible. We work through these messages in departure date order, so please bear with us. We'll always do our best to find you an alternative flight, but if there are no available alternatives then we'll refund the cost of your holiday, including hotel, transfers and any extras booked so don't worry.

Just a quick note: ATOL protection, insurance, and any extra charges that have been added to your booking since you made it aren’t refundable.
