Most hotels have a check-in time of around 12pm - 3pm, but to be sure, check your hotel voucher, this can be found on your Booking Confirmation paperwork - it might list the time there. To find your hotel voucher, head to your app or online account with us and where you see your booking, there is an option to ‘View Paperwork’.
Alternatively, you can search your hotel online to find their contact details on their website if you'd prefer to call or email them directly for confirmation.
If you’re also looking to request an earlier check-in time or a late check out upon departure, it’s best to do this directly with the hotel.
