How can I change my hotel/room/board basis?

Having second thoughts about your hotel? We're here to help. Simply:

  • Head on over to ‘Manage My Booking
  • Select ‘Request a Change
  • Select ‘Hotel Changes
  • Check availability for the hotel you'd like to change to using the ‘hotel search’ (circled below)

  • If the hotel is available for your dates and you are happy with the price displayed on our site, you can submit the request to us and a member of our Amendments team will drop you a message with a full cost breakdown*, which you'll need to accept within 48 hours
  • Once you accept, the team will go ahead and make the change for you. Easy!
  • Just so you know, we can't make any changes to the booking if it's within 7 days of your departure date - sorry!

    *An admin fee applies for any hotel changes made to the booking.
