Sorry to hear this! In these cases we ask you to please contact the transfer supplier or hotel directly. The transfer details are on your transfer voucher on your paperwork and you can find the hotels contact details on their website by simply searching the hotel online.

They will be able to confirm if they have found what you have left behind and arrange getting it back to you.
