For any name changes/spelling corrections, simply:
- Head on over to ‘Manage My Booking’
- Select ‘Request a Change’
- Select ‘Change Passengers’
- Here you'll have the option to either ‘Change a Name’ or ‘Correct a Spelling’ - choose whichever is relevant for you
- From here, our Amendments team will drop you a message with a cost breakdown for the change*, which you'll need to accept within 48 hours
- Once you accept the quote, the team will go ahead and make the changes for you
*An admin fee of £30.00 applies to any name changes.
If you've got married since placing the booking and this is why you need to change the name(s), then first of all - congratulations! - and second of all, this might be covered in the airline's policy, so drop us a message via Live Chat (under ‘Manage My Booking’), and we'll see what we can do for you.
Just so you know, you don't need to worry about contacting us to provide/correct either of the below:
- Middle names
- Capital letters
- Titles
