Submitting a special request can be done once your holiday's confirmed.
Examples of special requests might be if you'd like to stay on a specific floor of the hotel, or you'd like to request something for a special occasion. Hotels will always do their best to make sure that your holiday is catered to you, but they unfortunately they can't guarantee all requests.
