How do I change the dates of my holiday?

Holidays shouldn't be stressful, that's why we've made changing the dates of your holiday simple. If you need to change your holiday dates please go to 'My Bookings' and follow these quick and easy steps:


  • Ensure you've selected the booking you wish to manage
  • Select the 'Manage Booking' option in the menu
  • Head down to the 'Make Changes' section and then choose 'Holiday Changes'
  • Select 'Change Dates'


From here you'll be shown a calendar with all the available dates you're able to change your holiday to.* 


*Please note, if the calendar is not showing available and you're prior to 21 days before your current departure - 

You can drop us a message via Live Chat, which can be found in the ‘Manage My Booking’ section of our website.

Our customer service team are available to help on Live Chat between the hours of Monday - Friday 8am to 6:45pm and Saturday - Sunday 9am - 4:45pm.


If you find a date you're happy with, you'll be given a quote* for the cost to change the holiday over to the new dates. Want to make the change? Just click the checkbox to say you agree to the change and then that's it! Your request will be with us and our amendments team will get the change actioned for you. 


Keep an eye out for your new booking confirmation, we'll send this over to you once the change has been made. The amendments team will be in touch if we need to contact you regarding this request. 


*An admin fee of £80.00 (outside of 60 days of current travel date) or £120.00 (inside of 60 days of current travel date) will apply to change the dates of your holiday.
